Founded by Jonathan Anderson and LaTonya Lark, Prosperity Financial Group PLLC is a locally owned Tennessee insurance brokerage built on a passion for service, community, and genuine relationships.
Jonathan, a Memphis native, and LaTonya, originally from Starkville, Mississippi, first met while attending Savannah College of Art and Design’s Atlanta campus. Years later, their paths crossed again, leading to both a successful professional partnership and a thriving personal relationship as fiancés.

Before founding Prosperity Financial Group PLLC, Jonathan and LaTonya built successful careers as agents with Liberty National, where they developed and led high-performing teams while serving clients across a wide range of industries. Their experience includes working with city and county governments, school districts, contractors, nonprofit organizations, small businesses, and families throughout the Mid-South.
In early 2025, following the passing of Jonathan’s father, they made the decision to leave Liberty National and establish their own independent brokerage. Driven by personal experience and a desire to better serve their community, they created Prosperity Financial Group PLLC with a commitment to providing personalized guidance, trusted expertise, and access to coverage solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Today, Prosperity Financial Group PLLC proudly partners with organizations such as the Memphis Area Minority Contractors Association and actively participates in the BNI DeSoto Business Builders network. Their dedication to community involvement reflects the same commitment they bring to every client relationship.

Individual life, health, and supplemental coverage is available in Tennessee, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Texas, based on state and carrier availability. Employer group and worksite benefits are available for qualifying businesses in Tennessee and Mississippi.
